YuChiang has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 2022, they worked as a Venture Partner at 444 Capital, where they focused on investing in high-growth tech businesses and supporting female and minority entrepreneurs. They also served as the Chief Marketing Officer (interim) at Hero Bread in the same year. In 2022, they became a Sports Mentor at Techstars, where they coached and supported sports entrepreneurs.

In 2008, YuChiang founded MindfulGrowth.io, a company that focuses on creating mindful leaders, products, and organizations. They also held the position of Chairman of the Board at RepresentUs starting from 2015.

Prior to that, they worked at Zwift as the Chief Product Officer, where they led the end-to-end customer experience and product development. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the President – Topgolf Media at Topgolf.

In 2017, YuChiang co-founded SFVC Sports, a company that brings together professionals from the sports and digital industries through networking events and discussions. They were also a Member of the Board at Mobile UA Fellowship from 2013 to 2017.

Lastly, YuChiang co-founded WGT Media Inc, an online golf game and community, where they served as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors until its acquisition by Topgolf.
