Scot Turner

Scot Turner is a former member of the Georgia House of Representatives. After a distinguished career in the technology sector where he led large, national teams of engineers, he ran for public office for the first time in 2012. He represented the 21st House District in the Georgia House of Representatives from 2013 until 2021. While serving in the House, Scot focused on Civil Asset Forfeiture, elections reform, occupational license reform, agriculture, and the intersection of technology and public policy.

He served on the Agriculture & Consumer Affairs, Governmental Affairs, Human Relations & Aging, Science and Technology, Small Business Development, Special Rules, and the State Planning & Community Affairs committees.

He is the Founder, Chairman, and Executive Director of Eternal Vigilance Inc (EVA) , a 501(c)4 nonprofit with the mission to advocate for policies which maximize the American Promise of Liberty and Justice for all. The organization is made up of former state legislators, academics, and activists.
