Anna Kellar is the Executive Director of the League of Women Voters of Maine, and Maine Citizens for Clean Elections and led the Maine Uses Ranked Choice Voting education effort for Maine’s first statewide RCV elections in 2018. They also managed the winning campaigns to expand RCV to Portland ME and Westbrook ME municipal offices. Anna grew up in Maine before earning a BA in Political Science from Yale University and a Masters in Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics. Anna ran for the state legislature as a Clean Elections candidate in 2016, and in their free time, loves swimming in the ocean and figure skating.
