Walker brings a diverse set of experiences and a commitment to civic innovation to his work. After graduating from the University of Alabama, he began his career as a public school teacher in Denver, CO, which instilled in him a deep belief in the power of community. As Partnerships Director at Unite America, Walker oversees the national partner portfolio of Unite America’s investments and directs the development of shared infrastructure for all grantees. In his free time, Walker enjoys cooking big meals with his wife, cycling, and chasing his toddler through the Colorado high country.
