Todd Connor is a co-founder of Veterans for Political Innovation, an effort to make our system less toxic and more competitive by mobilizing the military community to advocate for election innovations, specifically Final Five Voting.

Todd is also the founder of Bunker Labs, a national entrepreneurship organization that empowers the military-connected community to start and grow businesses. He is the founder of The Collective Academy, a leadership development consulting firm, as well as Emerson House, a luxe event venue in La Porte, Indiana.

Todd is a Navy veteran and currently an Executive in Residence at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
