Stan is the founder of The Lockhart Group, helping people navigate the complexities of government. He is a former Utah Republican Party Chair, Provo City Council member and former Utah State Board of Education member. His late wife Becky is the only women to be Utah Speaker of the House. Stan has particular interest in improving elections in America. He is former Director of Utah Ranked Choice Voting where RCV is being piloted in various city elections. Stan’s interests include serving on various boards, sTEM education, cheering on the Cincinnati Reds, Utah Jazz and BYU Cougars, running marathons, officiating high school basketball, health and wellness and traveling with his wife Michelle.
