Sarah Mucha is a journalist, business owner and adjunct professor based in Washington, D.C. Mucha teaches “Media and the American Voter,” a class she developed for Georgetown University to examine the relationship between the media and the American voter and what the latest tension means for our democracy.
She has exclusively interviewed and profiled newsmakers from Glenn Youngkin and Terry McAuliffe during the Virginia gubernatorial election to Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Stolberg and Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo, among many others. Mucha broke several major stories out of the Biden White House and Congress for Axios. Prior to that, she traveled the country for CNN as its “embedded” reporter assigned to cover Joe Biden’s presidential campaign and transition to the presidency.
