Ryan Kirby is the Director of Policy for the Ranked Choice Voting Resource Center. He supports the Senior Director of Policy and General Counsel and administers the organization’s internship program. Ryan previously served as the Chief of Staff for State Senator Cheryl Kagan in the Maryland Senate, where, among a multitude of issues, he supported the Senator’s election legislation.
