With a background in Engineering and High Tech, Lavanya’s primary focus has been in Trust & safety and Customer success. She is now collaborating focussed on building industry best practices and building scalable and efficient solutions in User advocacy.

Lavanya’s career path has been non linear and she worked her way up by working in Sales, Product, program and Operations and grown into leadership roles. Coaching and Mentoring always excite her and she is a learner for life. She is passionate about helping her clients and organizations learn user advocacy and design strategies they need to succeed.
