Joseline Garcia ignited her passion for activism in high school, championing immigration and education. Graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Joseline took the reins of the United States Student Association (USSA), spearheading voter registration and a transformative free college campaign. In her role as Bernie 2020 Student Organizing Manager, she helped drive the largest-ever U.S. electoral student program. Amid the pandemic, Joseline orchestrated California’s impactful Get Out the Vaccine program, engaging communities with vaccine hesitancy. As the youngest Board Member of Public Citizen and Co-Founder/Executive Director of Un-PAC, Joseline propels the cause of representative democracy catalyzing democracy reform in governmental spheres, rallying youth voters for pro-democracy candidates, and advocating for universities as democracy champions.
