📌 Security & Onsite Policies

Security is a top priority, to create a safe and productive Summit. Resort Security will be positioned at specific locations as well as roaming. Wanding will be daily at the start of each event.

No Weapons Policy

Weapons of any sort are prohibited in the venue, as referenced in the Code of Conduct (find it on the FAQs page) presented when you registered for the conference.

Prohibited Substances

Gila River Resorts & Casinos are located on Gila River Indian Community where marijuana is not legal.

ADS Badges

Your name badge will be issued at registration. Photo ID will be required for issuance.

Your badge and lanyard must be worn at all times.

  • Open the app and tap “Sign In”.
  • Use the same email address you used to register for the American Democracy Summit.

3. Find the Event:

  • After signing in, you’ll see a list of events.
  • Search for “American Democracy Summit 2025” or look for it under your account.

4. Access Everything You Need:

  • View the full agenda, create your personalized schedule, connect with other attendees, and get real-time updates!

Getting There

Airport Reminder: As of May 7, 2025, air travelers are required to show a Real ID or passport at airport check-in.

Travel to the Venue: Ride sharing services and taxi cabs are available for transport to Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass. 

Parking: Parking is free.

Onsite at ADS

Venue Map:

Lost & Found: Lost and found will be located at Registration and will be available until Friday May 16, 2025 at 1:00PM. Any items not claimed will be discarded. 

Wifi: Complimentary wifi is available throughout the resort. Use the Conference or Guest network and accept the terms and conditions. There is no password.

Luggage Storage: Store your luggage with the bellstand at the resort before check-in and after checkout.

Charging Stations: Limited charging stations will be available in The Hub. We recommend fully charging your phone in your hotel room before beginning your conference day. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items

Showroom Accessibility

For guests requiring accommodation, the best viewing in the Showroom is from the lower level, accessible through the main hotel lobby.

Thu Breakfast: 7:30–8:30 AM | Lunch: 11:15 AM–12:15 PM | ADS Live! light fare: 6:00–6:30 PM

Fri Breakfast: 7:30–8:30 AM | Boxed Lunch: 11:30 AM–12:00 PM

Early Departure

If you reserved a room at the guaranteed conference rate offered on the ADS website, and if you check out earlier than the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one room’s night and tax will be charged to your account. To avoid this fee, you must advise the resort at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. You will be informed of this fee upon check-in.
